“This place was horrible. It is a very old building and quite run down which I usually don't mind but this place actually stunk like a sewer. The lobby even smelled worse the closer you got to the counter. We arrived early in the afternoon and the smell hit us as soon as we walked in. It was old and run down but the smell was more like fecies or a sewer and we could barely stand it.
