VRBO refused to do anything, said to contact Vacasa. Vacasa ignored multiple texts, hung on me several times. Main Vacasa office at Shaver Lake town center was empty with lights out. "We stayed here for 3 nights. This hotel is Super clean, they have friendly staffs, close to restaurants,. Sauna ang steam rooms are great….. the only think I didn’t like the breakfast and the elevator which is super slow… other than that everything is amazing"
