“This the third year we have stayed at this hotel while we visit relatives in the area. Very cozy, spacious rooms. Nice lounge area, swimming pool and sauna. Owner is friendly and community minded. If you like to walk, you can easily access the trails that take you toward Shell Lake from the hotel. We will definitely be back.”

“The room we were given smelled of urine, lacked proper lighting and was generally unpleasant. We were told the hotel was completely booked and no other room was available. We talked with some relatives in the area and explained the situation with the room and they extended an invitation to stay with them. The hotel told us that since we had already checked in, they would not refund any of the money paid for the 3 nights booked. The woman behind the counter was rude. My husband gave back the……
