“We had a good time. I was a little disappointed about the pool”

“This house was fantastic. We didn’t have the best weather this Memorial Day weekend but the house, pond and view made up for it. Jeremy stocked the house with everything we could possibly need including fresh eggs from the resident chickens, bacon, snacks and so much more. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Our dog enjoyed watching the beautiful fish in the pond and visiting the chickens. We can’t wait to return!”

“This property was a great stay for our vacation. It was separate from their house, that we never heard them and forgot we were on the same property lot. It was clean, well stocked, with modern amenities. It has two in wall air conditioners that work very well, even in the 90 degree heat. There's a nice private sitting area outside, and a large TV with Roku built-in and a Netflix account made available to you. All in all it was a great stay for our trip, being able to make meals there and……

“The property is so much more than the cute cottage! There is a fire pit, a seating area with a hammock - perfect for watching the sunset. There are hiking trails on the 75 acre property - wish we had time to try them! If you’re looking for a quiet spot to get away, this cottage is perfect. Plus, it is 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and just a little further to Lake George. I’m not sure there are any negatives at this location - except we had to leave!”

“Cute little house in the country. Came in for the Belmont and it was perfect for sleeping, showering and relaxing with friends after long days exploring. Has a great little deck and fire pit. ”

“We had great time. It is a beautiful house. Very clean. Heating was very good. Plenty of space. Kids had great time in basement playing area. Located 25 mins from skii resort. Some more blankets may help just in case some guests need them. We had minor requests and manager responded very quickly, Would highly recommend. ”
