“The rooms were very unclean. The shower tap was not working properly due to which hot water for bath was unavailable. The amenities shown during hotel booking were not available in the room. We booked an executive room but there was no such room available in the whole building. In the name of breakfast buffet, they provided with a mere two options for morning meals. The staff was very unwelcoming. The in-room landline was not working. No toilet paper in the bathroom. No dental kit. No in-room……

“The property was very poorly maintained and not at all as described. We didn't receive any check in details, and upon calling the host, they had to first verify if the booking was even confirmed. Upon the reaching the property, the ground floor (which the listing mentioned) was already occupied, so we were given the second floor instead. That didn't look anything like the pictures. The furniture was very old, the walls dirty. There was nothing in the kitchen besides a small fridge. No stove,……

“I really liked the area in which it is built. As of today, the area has lot of open area and an awesome view of the setting sun. With close proximity to the newly opened Dwarka Expressway it is only going to get better. The property is nearby to many DLF properties and that shows that this property ia surrounded by prominent folks.”
