We had an issue with our air-conditioning unit went out that same day they fixed it. We just didn’t have any towels in our room. That was the only bad thing about it. But we make mistakes when we’re in that field.”

“I had several issues during my stay- 1. The room was ok, but I did see multiple cockroaches in the room 2. Water pressure in the shower was too low and the temperature was unpredictable. The shower was difficult to adjust for the temperature. 3. TV had weird bright and dark spots on the screen making it difficult to view programs 4. The room and the entire floor had a weird smell.
