The Y building is the closest building to the beach and large pool. Excellent views and just steps to the beach, ocean and both pools makes this condo especially desirable. Park at your door, No waiting for elevators, no worry about kids on open upper floor walkways. Siesta Key is very family friendly. Multiple companies will rent everything you will need for a family with small kids including playpens, cribs, toys, etc... This large, nicely decorated condo is over 1350 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths. Relax on your sofa and watch sports on the 55" Smart TV. Without moving from the couch, you can look out onto the pool, beach, and ocean. The Condo has its own modem for better internet connections. The huge master bedroom has a king-size bed, makeup area, large walk-in closet, and master bath. The walk-in closet is the perfect size for a crib, a little person's fort or even a full-size inflatable mattress. The guest bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a bathroom. Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club is located on the Gulf Coast of sunny Florida, ideally situated on 13 acres of beachfront property in the center of Siesta Key's Crescent Beach - judged 'The World's Finest and Whitest' beach - on the Gulf of Mexico. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand has a soft, flour-like texture and is cool to the touch. At Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club, you will enjoy our two spacious heated swimming pools. One is conveniently located in the courtyard area with easy access from all of the buildings and the other is on the beach, overlooking the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We also feature a fitness center and four, on property tennis courts: two clay tennis courts and two Lackold tennis courts. We offer tennis programs, lessons, and summer camps through our association with 'Total Tennis.' Another popular characteristic is our beachside barbecue grill and picnic area - it doesn't get any better than cooking, eating, and playing on the beach! Take a Tennis lesson on site, rent a boat and cruise the Intercostal, swim in the ocean or heated pool, relax in the lounge chairs on the cool white sand, walk the beach, or just people and dolphin watch. Great first floor location near the pool and beach. Amazing sunsets and sand to walk on. Nothing beats the Siesta Key sand. Spacious bedrooms and living room made for a very comfortable stay as we had our children and grandchildren visit us. This condo is fully stocked with beach umbrellas, toys, chairs and a wagon to carry everything we needed to the beach. Communication with Lynn was easy and prompt. We didn't realize the pull-out couch was broken when our son came to stay with us and our daughter was in the 2nd bedroom. When he left, we called Lynn and she came right out to see and in 2 days she replaced it with a new couch and matching love seat. The condo was very well appointed with plenty of cookware, basic spices, and plenty of towels, beach as well as bath. Our hostess, who is very sweet and quick to respond to questions, provides a money card for the washer and dryer which was steps from our door. This place is on the ground floor and the very short walk through the yard is beautiful. The beach is the prettiest I’ve seen. I highly recommend Spearfish restaurant for great food and service. The location is great, with its proximity to beach, pool and great access to parking .Some renovations made for a pleasant surprise. Updated kitchen, bathroom counters new dining room furniture... very nice! Our host Lynn, is great, always available if needed. It was large, very clean, and had everything we could have needed. It is steps from the pool and beach which is perfect for our kids who spend every minute in the water. Lynn thinks of all the extras including games/puzzles/wagon to pull everything to the beach/beach chairs/floats/boogie boards/lots of sand toys! Grounds, room, and beach were nice. Enjoyed the view from the lanai for the senior citizen for sure. Codo conditions were definitely satisfactory and off topic enjoyed finding seashells, manatees swimming by, soft firm sand, clean beaches, nice warm water, etc…Beds slept well. Lynn is an absolute rockstar host, is incredibly helpful and communicative, and was super quick to help with any question or issue we had - she even went out and got all new pans for us to use! The condo is clean, well maintained, perfectly situated…honestly we absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning next year!
