You can't get much closer to the water than this! STEPS to the sand with stunning Siesta Beach views from every room. The Gulf seems to surround you from this gorgeous, completely remodeled 4th floor 2BD 2BA unit. Just a short ride down the elevator from the 4th floor and you're on the sand! The unit also overlooks the heated Beachfront Pool! "Coastal Chic" can be used to describe the completely remodeled Beachfront unit. Attention to detail is apparent as you enter to find an open concept Living/Dining/Kitchen area with Gulf views all around! The Living area opens to a private, oversized "L" shaped balcony/patio perfect for enjoying the sunsets, and fabulous Siesta Beach views. The Master bedroom has two Queen beds, a large closet, and also opens to the private balcony with Siesta Beach views. The Guest bedroom has two Full size beds and a walk-in closet. Both baths are completely remodeled. Convenient washer and dryer IN unit. The unit has two Flat Screen TV's - a 58" in the living area and a 43" in the master bedroom. Beach towels, a medium size cooler, and a variety of beach toys are provided. The complex provides beach chairs and lounges at the beach. The unit features high speed, fiber-optic Wi-Fi with a dedicated router providing a secure connection. High speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property, with full coverage on the beach and down to the water! The dedicated parking spot is located directly beside the building providing very easy access to the unit. The oversized parking spot easily accommodates vehicles such as large SUV's or Minivans. The condo has satellite TV with over 200 channels. Enjoy easy access to the beachside grilling pavilion directly beside the building. If they gave awards for sand - well, they do..... We had to call the emergency number and it was quickly remedied and the staff apologized for the error. The place is super clean. It was very quiet and other guests very respectful of each other when we were there in late May. The location is fantastic. Beautful views and an easy walk down to the beach, pool, and car. There were a few issues ike the garbage disposal did not work, the counter over the w/d is cracked, the master bathroom door does not stay closed or lock unless you give it good push (pocket door), and the hall bathroom toilet worked but the seal must not have been good because it kept having to fill and was slow to fill the tank. We did not find extra towels until packing up to check out because of their location in the bedroom closet. There are really NO amenities in the condo, which I knew about for the most part due to other reviews, but no hair dryer, no extra paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, a tiny dish soap and one extra roll of toilet paper, no s&p, foil, baggies, etc. I am used to VRBOs that provide the bare essentials. One of the biggest issues for us, which was not know prior to arriving, was that we were instructed not to turn the AC below 72\. We are from MN and 72 is just not cool enough for us! The location is phenomenal, offering immediate private beach access and a short drive to the local downtown area, which always had available parking.The condo was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed from beach chairs down to kitchen necessities. This was one of the cleanest condos we've ever stayed in. Everything was in perfect working order - washer, dryer, microwave, oven. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for dishes, utensils and appliances. Living area was spacious with a very comfortable seating area and a large tv. Beds were quite comfortable with plenty of storage space in each bedroom. Our reserved parking space was very close by. It was a very short and easy walk out to the beach. We knew ahead of time that we needed to bring any and all pantry staples for cooking. Minimal paper products and soap were provided as listed in the description. Kim was a great host - she replied to my pretrip emails quickly and was very responsive and helpful with a Wifi issue upon our arrival. We came down for Thanksgiving with the family and with the timing being so close to the hurricanes we weren’t certain what we would find. It ended up far exceeding our expectations not only is the condo beautiful with incredible views, but dealing with the owner and the office was easy and efficient, the condo is well stocked with anything you might need extensive patios for outdoor entertaining. Nice room's, spacious kitchen, nicely stocked. Great porch for watching sunset's, neighbor's tree blocked the final setting but still beautiful. Only downside was small slow elevator and I had to call office twice ( 2 different cars) about someone taking my T42 parking spot but they called one and ticketed one. Overall was a great stay. It definitely met expectations. The main living area is very large, bedrooms are good size and bathrooms not huge but very adequate. Beautiful 4th-floor views from both sides of the condo made it feel very open and bright. You can hardly get closer to the beach and pool. The condo has a large private balcony on which we ate many of our meals. Some beach toys and chairs are provided but the resort also has plenty of chairs available on the beach. The only very small down-side to the unit was the lack of an entry rug or mat to help with the sticky sand. We were there at Christmas and the whole place had a great family atmosphere and nights were quiet.
