One major drawback for us was the beach service. We had our own chairs and didn't need to rent. However, the beach attendant was very quick to point out to anyone that attempted to sit in the area where he was renting chairs that this wasn't allowed. So just a head's up to anyone bringing your own....you will have to go to the public area(which is tiny and always packed) or sit in front of his flags, which is in the water...this is where we sat up the entire time we were there. Very clean & well stocked. They have plenty of beach supplies but I opted to pay 10 for a comfy beach chaise. The host is very responsive. The sunset view is spectacular. The weather was fantastic, the shelling at Point of Rocks beyond the Monkey Wall was plentiful, and the local dining was delicious!The accommodations were clean and very comfortable, and just steps from the beach! Unit was a described and pictures were up to date. Comfy beds, all the cooking items you could imagine and more. Master bath was amazing and views to the gulf were what we needed. 2 couples with plenty of quiet space if needed. Resort facility was clean and secure. Nov 24, 2025 #### Fall trip to Sarasota, Fl. We were very happy with location of our stay. The interior & exterior of the building and the property grounds. We felt like we had the best spot on the beach for shelling and relaxing. There is an office with pleasant & accommodating support staff. We had reached out a couple of times via text and phone for things like pass code and thermostat help and were immediately handled. I've traveled before and had to utilize a 3rd party and had a stressful experience, so I was so happy to be able to swiftly get back to my vacation. We called the free Frog trolley option get up and down the coast to check out different beaches, shopping & food and tipped a few bucks. Always easy, courteous and safe. Jul 7, 2025 #### First Time at Siesta Key We loved our stay at Siesta Sands Beach Resort! The unit was exactly as pictured, the beach is soft powder white sand, and the water is warm. Our daughter loved the pool after a long day out on the beach. It is so nice to purchase the chairs through the resort as to not have to lug down our own and worry with putting them up since we have two babies.
