Not enough staff at this hotel. Not enough people for service staff, to provide towels, clean dirty tables at the buffet, serve drinks, answer phones, provide cutlery, etc., etc. All the "a la carte" restaurants they advertised were actually closed.
The advertised 20% discount at the spa was not actually being offered. The hotel/airport transfers they offered were 50% more expensive than market price
Not a single communications channel worked for us. For example, they were completely unresponsive on their own WhatsApp channel and calling Reception at 5555 (8 times) for a luggage porter led to no response. Our ventilation/HVAC system was not working and we could not get any help to fix it easily, so room on 4th floor would get hot and uncomfortable.
Food was good, rooms were clean, pools awere nice.
