The well equipped kitchen and bathroom include all you need to enjoy a meal in or to freshen up before heading out!

Great home.
My friends and I booked this home for a wedding. It was perfect. Beds are comfy. Even the pullout couch is comfy. Hot tub is great. Neighborhood quiet. Easy cleanup process. Great hosts! They messaged multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would book again anytime I’m in souix falls.

We needed a place to stay that was close to Sanford and home like. This place had both. Only being a few blocks away from the hospital and it was nice to be in a “home” atmosphere instead of a hotel room.

Cozy little place
Overall experience was great. Mostly was just needed for a place to sleep and the hot tub was great after being on the go all day. Not sure if the batteries to the front door were dead but couldn't get in that way, but was fine as the backdoor worked fine.

Perfect spot for a getaway.
I'm terrible at writing timely reviews but my wife and I stayed here back in September 2023 while we were on our 5th anniversary trip back to Montana where we got married. Overall the place was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I'll add that the hottub was a nice bonus, especially after a few days of long drives!

I want to say how greatful I am to have found a location close to medical center when dealing with a family death. You were very helpful for so many needed services that are not part of a normal vacation- like where to get a set of tires, or recommended places for food and or how to manage navigating the local utility systems. I look forward to coming back to Sioux Falls when it’s a vacation and not a time of grief.

Wonderful stay!
The minute we walked in we felt at home. Beautiful home. Location was perfect for our trip. Close to Mimi mart and pharmacy to my prescription filled. All the furnishings were excellent. My only suggestion would be some written instructions for the TV for us technically challenged people. 😀. Loved our stay. Will definitely try to get this renal again when we have to stay in Sioux Falls. ❤️

Charming, clean, older home completely updated!
We were so thrilled with our stay on every level. The home was smaller, which is all we needed as it was just me, my husband and our 2 well behaved dogs, and completely updated and clean from the paint to the trash can! We did have a couple of questions and Rachel responded to us immediately and even gave us her cell number in the event we had any more questions. So much nicer than a hotel for practically the same price!

Property manager was very kind. Many South Dakota folks were kind. Slept very well. Beds and linens very clean and nice quality. Washer and dryer on-site was most helpful. Pups being able to come on this trip was a bonus. Fenced in backyard have them some room to run around and get fresh air. Great visit and we will return!
