We were there during the off season so everything was limited. The facilities were very nice, the room was great and the staff were very friendly. The grounds are beautiful! I'm sure during the summer it's amazing!

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Nice location out in the woods. Service was unfriendly except the wonderful bartender. The rest of the staff made you feel like you were a burden to ask a question. Room had stink bugs all over including in the sheets with you. Says it has free Wi-Fi but that is only in the lodge not your room.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
The location is nice. Most everything in the Park is closed in October. The evening staff was overwhelmed, she did customer care and had to take car of the gift shop. Because of that, she was not very friendly nor helpful. Rooms are ok, but outdated. It says free WiFi- but only in the Lobby, none in the room.
Property was beautiful, people were great, the restaurant was delicious, our waiter John aka "Doc" did a great job serving us dinner, wild big horn sheep in the front yard on the first day, Buffalos and wild turkeys on the second day, all around a great stay
