“Amazing setting. Loved the whole experience especially the fire pit, outdoor seating areas, hot tub, and grill. We cooked almost every meal. The cabin is rustic and remote. The property description and pictures made the experience exactly what was expected. ”

“Stayed for an extended weekend (Friday-Monday) at the end of May for our Anniversary. Found the listing while browsing, and fell in love with with the pictures. Initially we booked for a Fri-Sun. I requested a late checkout and the hostess was glad to work with us. Later, when I realized that it was a holiday weekend, I reached back out to her and she helped us to extend the weekend until Monday. Relatively isolated (could hear occasional foot and vehicle traffic over the Baring bridge, one……

The house and all accommodations within are excellent. I highly recommend the site if you are looking and it is available. If we are lucky enough to have another project in the area, we will look to rent it again. ”

“Perfect little first getaway with our one month old baby. We stayed in the bedroom downstairs to be closest to the bathroom and kitchen and that bedroom had space for our travel crib. We spent most of the time out on the back deck listening to the river or walking around the neighborhood, exploring the various paths down to the water. We drove into town for coffee one morning which was great. We loved that this spot was casual, dog friendly, and quiet. Would definitely stay again!”

Very clean and had everything we needed, we enjoyed the hot tub and armoire of board games. The only negative was the shower pressure was a little light, but overall a small detail and we were very happy with our stay. We will definitely be returning!”

“My second stay at Sky River, needless to say we really love it! A wonderful log cabin right in the Skykomish, very private and cozy. Rustic in the good way, with most amenities but you will prefer to read a book, sit by the fire pit or float in the river. See you next year!”
