Clean room helpful staff and great location to walk to the many attractions.

Staff was friendly but hotel is definitely suffering from old age pains? Only one elevator functioning, water refill in fitness center non functional, burned out lightbulbs, etc. Main question for me arose because I was feeling poorly and ordered some Zicam from Amazon, which was delivered within two hours to the front desk but no one at the front desk bothered to phone my room to let me know. If not for a later email from Amazon with proof of delivery we might never have known it had arrived. I did not expect them to deliver it to our room, but the phone had a red light which would have been helpful.

We had a nice stay at Level Seattle Downtown. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished for a week-long visit. The only disappointment was that there wasn’t a TV in every bedroom, which I expected for a suite of this caliber. Overall, it’s a great option with plenty of space and amenities, and we’d consider staying again.

Thank you for allowing us to store our luggage for the day so we could explore Seattle without the hassle of lugging it all around.

I have only positive things to say about this hotel. All the staff were absolutely amazing. The room was as advertised, and the hotel design was absolutely gorgeous.
