“We loved our stay at number 17 the Promenade! Rooms were small, but very functional-and was easy to hold our luggage from our two week long trip in Scotland. The food and the restaurant were absolutely delicious and the staff were very attentive! We actually canceled our second night at another restaurant and chose to stay and eat again in the hotels restaurant. There wasn’t any air-conditioning or elevator, but a good fan in the room kept us cool and the stairs were manageable. I would……
