Comfort and convenience abound in this Snowmass condo. The open concept configuration is perfect for enjoying each other's company after a day on the ski slopes or bike trails. In the living room, a sofa and two easy chairs are thoughtfully arranged around the coffee table, perfect for engaging in deep conversations or playing games in the evenings. A brick fireplace with rustic log mantle also helps set the tone for cozy evenings. The living room also offers a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for evening entertainment. In the morning, brew a cup of coffee from the full kitchen and enjoy your daily dose of caffeine from the private balcony that extends off the living room. The glass doors that lead to the balcony also ensure that the great room is well-lit with plenty of natural sunlight.

In addition to simple conveniences such as morning coffee and mid-day snacks, the full kitchen in this condo is well-equipped for preparing and cooking full meals if desired. The kitchen features modern black and stainless steel appliances and a spacious island surface on which to prepare meals. The large island also doubles as an eating surface, with ample room for four to casually dine.

When sleepiness begins to descend, head into the private bedroom, where a comfortable queen bed awaits. The bedroom also features a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for those who prefer to drift off to sleep with the sounds of a movie. Especially for those traveling with up to four guests, you'll find added convenience with the addition of the en suite half-bathroom. The full bathroom is located just across the hall from the bedroom, where you'll find a spacious glass and tile shower. For additional sleeping accommodations, the living room sofa folds out into a bed, creating a cozy sleeping space near the fireplace.

Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
