"Make sure you ask for a room that has no odor coming from the new couch. Apparently they waited 6 months for delivery and they sat in boxes the entire time. I assume they must have gotten wet because ours smelled like dirty feet and the odor permeated throughout the room. "

Our parking spot was occupied on 2 days and we reached out to the front desk who said they would get security to take care of it, but did not move the car on our spot and we had to park on grass and away from our building "
