“The place was great! The beds were very comfortable. The house was very well appointed and clean. Keep in mind, this is a duplex. While you have the home to yourself, the walls are thin. The market across the street was an added bonus. It is close proximity to the bike path. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this vintage vacation gem. Tucked away in the woods, this little house is both comfortable and accommodating. After a day exploring the island, our family enjoyed gathering around the rustic dining table for an evening meal surrounded by books and soft lamplight. The large living room with roomy sofas was a great spot to watch movies and eat popcorn; especially during some heavy rainstorms that hammered the island during our visit.When the sun was out, the back deck……

“We spent a fun-filled girls' weekend in Falmouth and had a wonderful time! This charming house was nestled among larger, newer homes in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from a beautiful beach. There was easy access into the house and plenty of parking in the driveway. We took daily walks on Surf Drive along the same street that the Falmouth Road Race uses each year, right along the beach. The bike trail is nearby and although we didn't use the bikes at the house (there were many!) we……

“Tranquil and restorative location. Ac in all rooms. Modern kitchen. Entire interior appears recently updated. Nicely isolated property giving you lots of privacy. The only other companions on the property are two horses, a pony, and chickens!I’d go back without question. ”

“Where do I even begin with this gem of a house? From start to finish, Stacy was nothing short of fantastic. Clear, easy check in process and communication. This house has everything you can possibly think of. Forgot a pair of reading glasses? She has them. Toiletries, yep. Multiple coffee makers, yep. The list is endless. “Loved this little house! Plenty of room for four girlfriends to hang out and be together or find cozy nooks to get some quiet time. Located at the end of the drive was a perfect setting only five minutes walking distance to the water. Beautiful sunrises!!! Jamestown itself was a sweet little town with some must sees. Driving time to Newport was under 30 minutes with so much to see and do. The house was well stocked and very comfortable beds. Great place to stay when you visit the area. ”

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
