“House is in good shape, and some of the issues in the past years have been fixed. Frying pans and utensils are in bad shape and need replacement (we brought our own since this has been ongoing for the last couple of years). Owner was very responsive when we had an air conditioning issue and had someone come out immediately. We'll be back.”

“This was my first experience booking a property via VRBO. The experience was perfect. I sent a few questions to the property manager which were answered quickly, the booking process was easy. Checkin was simple using the door code. The unit was clean and close to everything. The only thing that is missing is a dishwasher. Definitely would rent again.”

“We stayed in the carriage house for a couple nights for our first beach vacation with our 3 month old and had a great experience! Christy was so accommodating and responsive. She had a pack and play, baby monitor, bouncer, and beach cart we were able to borrow. We also brought our dog and the house had dog bowls, pet towels and blankets, and dog toys. The rental is in such a prime location to the beach and the main strip of bars and restaurants in Rehoboth. Highly recommend this rental to any...
