South Windsor Residences

This was my second stay at Cambria and I can’t say anything bad about my stay. I was on a solo quiet staycation and it was just that…perfect stay. My room was amazing! The food and bar service was great.

Nice clean hotel. We came for the pool and the watet temp was perfect and we enjoyed the hot tub. Basic breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, and rolls. I would come back again.

I loved it couldn't be better !

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this place. The room was VERY spacious, but this was not the main reason for my happiness with this hotel. There was a party being held in the room across the hall. My son had a competition the next morning and needed a good nights sleep. I went to the front desk to ask their quiet hours policy and he informed me it started at 9pm. I voiced my concern and went back to my room. At 9pm, we heard the person I spoke to at the front desk knock on...

We currently stay here twice a year visiting family near this hotel, and every time the hotel is awesome! Staff are super friendly and have worked there for years and are always super kind and accommodating. Hotel room is always super clean and check in and out is always easy! Thank you for what you all do!!

The entire hotel has been remodeled. Everything thing is clean and fresh. Very relaxing stay.

I booked because it had a jacuzzi and it was not working for over a month,

The hotel is under revision which is fine. They are doing the best they can. The staff is fabulous, friendly, and helpful. I'm sure in a few weeks with all the updates, the place will be wonderful.

Someone's dog pooped either in a room or in the hallway. Stunk something terrible. Two employees were watching me spray the hall with a disinfectant. While I was spraying they were laughing at a situation that I did not consider funny. That order got into my clothing. Have to wash or dry clean everything that I took on that trip.

The staff and hotel are excellent. I will stay in there again

My husband and daughter and I arrived VERY late--2 am--and Jerrell the night clerk got us checked in quickly and courteously while at the same time fielding a phone call from someone who was obviously giving him a hard time--yet he remained calm, pleasant, and professional. We really appreciated his professionalism and courtesy as well as that of the breakfast staff the next morning. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room clean as one would expect from a Marriott. Note: there are 2...

Friendly staff, clean room

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and accommodation was absolutely amazing

Convenience

The breakfast was wonderful. Such a big savings instead of eating out. The one lady (i forgot her name) was amazing. Very helpful and personable.

Everything was excellent. Very convenient, good restaurants near by.

Beautiful warm yet modern design - ripe for Architectural Digest. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Morning breakfast is terrific. Cute town to navigate within steps of the hotel.
