"The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly. Housekeeping was very nice. The continental breakfast was okay, I was hopeful for bit more options. The main elevator was under maintenance but alter service elevator was available. Waking distance to State Capitol building and performing arts. I got lost looking for the entrance coming from the back side through Goodwin Square; maybe clear signage at that end will be helpful for others. Overall very nice, and clean with hotel. I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is pretty dated, so I'm saying this with the understanding normal wear and tear of a property. I am also an Architect, so can see beyond the surface of things and understand what it takes to bring an older building up to modern amenity standards for hospitality. I can take less than perfect conditions but when I went to use the bathroom I noticed a brown substance on the door jamb - certainly had all the appearances of what one would naturally assume it was. Additionally, there was a ton of hair wrapped around the tub stopper. We were there for a competition and there was nowhere else to stay - otherwise I would have found a different hotel. That being said - the staff was great and friendly."

"I spent one night and everything was as one would hope for a hotel. The room was clean, plenty of towels, well-made bed and TV. I always enjoy breakfast at Comfirt Inns and this one lived up to my expectations. I always load up on the eggs and sausage but there was a large variety of foods available including waffles, cereal and pastries. Good coffee as well. Front desk personnel could not have been more personable and welcoming. A 5 star day."

"Location and hotel property were good but the staff at the reception was terrible. On check in I was informed that I have a 30 dollar credit being a Hilton Gold. Now I know that if you book thru a third party like Expedia this credit is subject to the property. In this case on check in I was informed. HOWEVER on check out they charged me for the same. Paying a 1000 dollars for 3 nights the 90 is not a back breaker but it’s a smart way for the hotel to make money. BE CAREFUL"

"breakfast menu was absolute dogshit. but my room was super clean. the cleaners never cleaned our room tho and brought new towels tho. it seemed like they were going to everyone’s room but ours. the ladies at the front desk were mad nice tho. parking was good. "
