"We really liked the outdoor hot tubes and warmer big swimpool—they're outdoors, so it was unusual but fun in the rain. It's great that all the pools are large and spacious. The showers and toilets are also very clean and comfortable. We visited in the fall and it was raining, so we weren't able to fully enjoy the outdoor areas, but we still really enjoyed our family weekend. The king-size beds are very comfortable! We were also very pleased with the fireplaces."

"Very cool historical hotel and friendly staff. I want to see a movie in the theater next time. Some details were off, such as no working needle on the record player and tv display settings were messed up, and a broken marble top on the radiator. "

"The is was our first trip to Manchester. What a great town! The hotel was lovely- easy parking, quiet, and quaint. The staff at the front desk were so helpful ! You could walk to town but it would be about a 20 min adventure… make sure you go to the North field book store~ wonderful!! And we had coffee and egg sandwich at their coffee shop around the corner."

"The staff was nice and helpful. We checked in ok. I was told the room was ready, but it wasn't. Tv didn't work right, needed help getting the fridge running, had to ask for more towels because we only had a hand towel in the room, the mattress was a 2 out 5 at best and finally, had to give them the pizza boxes from the closet. "
