Was a little difficult to sleep when the house was still 86 degrees at 9:30 PM and their property management team is not available after 5PM. For half the cost of the commercial tents in moab you get to experience almost complete isolation anf natural beauty. The beds were clean and comfortable. The owner was a joy to talk with. "We loved this dog friendly property as did our dogs. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. No phone or TV - Yay! great kitchen, bathrooms and spacious open area. Lots of interesting areas around the property and up the road. Although a family rented the place next door to ours, we really never heard them. Location was ideal to see sites south of Moab, but still just a short 20 minute drive to Moab. Perfect!"
