“This condo in downtown Greenville was perfect for our 4day vacation. We were 2 short blocks from the middle of town. Parking is free and right outside the building. The private patio was perfect for happy hour or late night. The bath with large walk-in shower is wonderful. The overall design of the condo is high quality. The Reedy River park is the highlight of downtown. We walked up and down the river multiple times. Several excellent restaurants and a bookstore are within short walking...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We stopped at Ingles and grabbed some groceries and had a kitchen that was well stocked with everything you need to make breakfast/lunch/dinner. The bedrooms were just as described and all the beds slept well. It was peaceful and we felt like we were in a treehouse! We will stay again and we’ve told our family about the property so they know where to stay as well. Thank you Shawn!!!”

“This site is in a good location and amenities. Condo was clean and the owner very responsive to any questions. It's a short drive from both local activities and Asheville. Additionally, there are some really good restaurants just around the corner with a five-minute drive. Very pleased with our stay!”

“We loved the location! It was so convenient to come back and forth as we visited the downtown area including the parks and water area near the Reedy, time walking and bike riding on the Swamp Rabbit walkway, and enjoying the numerous and varied restaurants.The only location issue was the absence of an elevator on the property. Some members of our group had developed some knee discomfort during their travel to Greenville. Lesson learned...double check accessibility when searching properties!”

“We have traveled to Greenville for over 30 years. Staying at 4 star hotels and other highly rated rentals, but this by far has been the best accommodations and location that we have rented. The apartment was beautiful and the location was prefect for experiencing downtown Greenville and the parks. Park and enjoy! Our host, John was very responsive in addressing my questions. His instructions for check-in and out were spot on. Also affordable for amenities and location. We recommend 100.”

“This was our first trip to Lake Lure and it did not disappoint. The resort was amazing, the condo was beautiful and a perfect place for a family of 5. Highly recommended.”

“Property was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go - riverwalk, breweries, restaurants, shopping. Beautifully decorated, comfortable unit. Had to park our 2nd vehicle (small Class B RV) elsewhere, but we did find a spot a couple of blocks away.”
