“Huge space that has been imaginatively designed. Contemporary overall feel with lots of original brick from the historic structure. Decor is lovely too. The location is fantastic, in the heart of the vibrant downtown. We had a lovely stay.”

“The property is goregous and the location cannot be beat! Tons of amazing restaurants and shopping available day and night. Street parking was easy right outside the property and there is a garage right across the street for extended parking. Check in was so easy and the property manager was super responsive! Overall amazing stay. Would easily recommend to friends/family and will be back for another great stay! ”

“The location was perfect. There is a convenience store that sells fast food & a food court across the street. Breakfast place really close. The place was clean. It is over a restaurant so its loud till about 1am on weekends but it didn't really bother us. ”

“Enjoyed our stay immensely! You arrive at what appears to be a regular townhouse community. Once you get near the back you see Larry's one story condo with a pretty yellow door. Walk in and it's amazing! The decor is unique and beautiful! But nothing uptight or too fancy about this home. Very relaxing with a large covered porch and deck overlooking a pool you may use. (Larry lives there but usually stays in the primary bedroom area in the front of the house. We only saw him when we arrived.) We...

“We spent a week in the Greenville area looking a prospective property to purchase and this loft was perfect. It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville.”

“I stayed here with my nephew for a weekend trip in Greenville. It was a nice size. He said he slept on the fanciest air mattress ever. We parked in the garage and walked or biked everywhere.”
