Very clean and smart rooms in a great location to reach the main part of Split, slightly tucked away. Allowed me to leave luggage pre and post stay which was extremely beneficial - extremely friendly staff - thank you so much

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom large and spotless. Wonderful shower. Once found, it is very close to the Old Town and all of the sights and restaurants.

Great easy stay , 5 min walk from all the downtown action . Rooms were spotless and clean. Only downside is there are no windows in any room, room 110 was the most sunlit.

Excellent location, well-appointed hotel

I had been a bit sceptical when I read that the rooms had no windows as the hotel is underground, but I was in for a very pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I could want. A/C meant it was cool and not at all stuffy. Given the location so near the old city, I really don't think this price could be beat.

Great Hotel!

Great hotel in Split, room dimension was perfect, clean and the personnel was very kind and always willing to answer our questions. Hotel is within walking distance from major sights, there is a convenience store just beside main entrance, so, that’s helpful, You can even walk from main port or bus station, about 25 minutes walk, because taxis may rip you off

Great place to stay just outside the city walls which made it really convenient to get to all the sites and the ferry port. With no windows to the outside (they open into the building) the room was quite hot but apart from that it was perfect for our stay.

Basic clean rooms very close to the old city, just 5 minutes walk to the Palace. No breakfast on site, but there are many cafes and shops close by. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff are efficient and helpful, we enjoyed our stay there.

Very handy location, good value for money

I really liked the location of the hotel, 3 minutes walk to the top of the old town. It’s unusual in its layout as it is underground but it doesn’t feel like it, other than the windows are into the wide corridors. I had a very spacious, massive room, bathroom with its own boiler (so stagger your showers if more than one staying). Fabulous air conditioning, all in all very happy and would stay again.

The location was great, very walkable to attractions and restaurants. There are 2 round grates by the bed on the outside wall which made it quite noisy as they allowed in a lot of street noise.

Excellent experience. Our train from Zagreb was delayed by almost an hour, but the check in was seamless and friendly. The hotel seemed quite new, and this is reflected in the bathroom and other features. The room was pretty basic, but it incredible value. The Have a look Staff was very helpful.

Firstly, the address on Google Maps is wrong. Make sure you go to the address listed here! The rooms are all 1-2 levels underground. Despite this it manages to feel open and filled with natural light. Comfortable beds.

Split City Rooms offered a comfortable stay during my three days in Split. Their staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It was good to have a stand up fan in my room in addition to the air con system. With both going they kept the room cool during very hot weather. The internet is inconsistent but I was aware of this having read previously reviews. I found restarting my phone was a good way to troubleshoot this and reconnect successfully each time. The location of the hotel is very convenient in relation to the old town and I also found it very helpful to be able to leave my things in luggage storage.

Good Hotel

The stuff were very nice and friendly. Room was clean and had much space! Aircon could be better since split is very hot. pretty new building. Parking was very hard. There are no parking spots in the same street as the hotel so they showed on the map the nearest parking spots. Those spots are not free and always full. We couldnt find any so we parked far away and took taxi. Do not try to go with car to the hotel since street is very very narrow and there is no place you can stay to check in fast. Although hotel itself was good and near to city.
