Nice and clean hotel. Only two mebers of the staff were nice. The rest of the staff were unfriedly. Everybody make you feel that they are makjng you a favor. I was told by a front desk staff that maybe the rules are not from everybody. The frisrt 3 days I have to get my own coffe in the breakfast area. Everybody was chatting in the corner of the restaurant. They neeed a customer service training.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff was welcoming and friendly, my experience was far from satisfactory. The so-called “resort style” ambiance was disappointing, primarily due to inadequate facilities. There was no air conditioning in the dining area, and even if there were, the temperatures were excessively high, making it uncomfortable to eat. This raised concerns about the safety of the food served under such conditions. Additionally, we faced a significant issue with the hot water—there was none throughout our entire stay, which was quite inconvenient. The cleanliness of both the bathrooms and the bedroom left much to be desired, which further detracted from our experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay was plagued by these issues, overshadowing any positive aspects.

This property is very unclean, we usually dont compain but this property should not even be on expedia . The doors do not have proper locks, the small fridge had half drank drinks from previous guests, the pillow cases were soiled, we found blood and hair on the walls, there was mould on the ceiling and the shower was very very unclean. The room rate is triple what it should be and the street noise at night is deafening especially since the windows are paper thin. Not a good place for family at all
