In need of a complete renovation, especially motel part. Very tired and dated. All the air around the doors smells like smoke. Everything is in disrepair, stains on the bed cover. We booked a king with a pullout couch but couch was not a pullout. Very sad and ridiculously expensive for what it is - they take advantage of graduation weekend to charge ridiculous rates. “Breakfast” was minimal, tiny yogurts, powdered eggs.

Courteous and attentive staff, clean room that was up to date with just a few signs of minor wear. VERY comfortable bed! Surprisingly quiet given the location on a main street, very convenient to downtown (.6 miles, walkable).

I first visited here 9 years ago for one night only and told myself I’d have to come back, which I did this year for an entire week. The hotel itself was lovely (great breakfast options, clean, affordable, attentive staff) and Northampton has now become one of my favorite cities. So much to do and see!

Room was great. It was more than what I'd hoped for. The only drawback was the overhead light in the bathroom was out. I didn't tell them until the morning so can't say how quickly they replaced it. Staff was friendly. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't speak to how good it was but it smelled good when I dropped off the key.
