"I just loved this place. The self check in was convenient and the walk in shower was amazing. I wish all hotels had them. We ate at the restaurant next door and the food was great."

"Room was good size and bathroom area was adequate for two people. There was some audible road noise. Breakfast was ok with cold breakfast sandwiches that could be heated up in the microwave."

"The staff is amazing here at Jackson Gore Village. There were actually some issues with our stay and we reported to the front desk. The staff was really helpful and took care of the issue immediately. Katie, the manager, followed up the next day and further resolved the issue. The way they treat their customers makes me trust them in the future. We surely will come back."

"To me you can never go wrong with a Hampton Inn. They are always clean, staff is typically very courteous and its a good value. This one did not disappoint. It is near a busy street so ask fa room away from the street."

"No heater or couldn't find it. Front door needs adjusted in the jamb area, couldn't push it hard enough to get it into a locked position but other than that it was good"
On The River Inn

"Karen at the front desk was absolutely delightful. She saw me struggling with my dog and bags, and helped me to my room. Dan on the housekeeping was so nice. We saw him almost every day. The hotel is incredibly pet friendly. It's so convenient to walk out of your room directly onto the rear lawn, and down toward the river. I had a nice chat with the lady who lives across the river. She also has a dog. The drive to downtown was just a few minutes. I highly recommend the farmer's market (you pass it on the way to downtown Woodstock). The room was very clean. The sink and bathroom door could use some updates, but other than that it was lovely. I would definitely return again with my pup."
