"The staff were all so nice. We arrived close to 9pm and the clerk was still very welcoming. The breakfast helper was also very very friendly. We booked through expedia for a great price and were so delighted to find out breakfast was included! The breakfast room is very nice, not an after thought. The breakfast had waffles, scrambled eggs, pork sausages, 2 kinds of cold cereal, yogurt, english muffins, toast, a small selection of fruit and all the fixins like pb and jam and ketchup. The location was easy to find and quick to get back on the highway. We would definitely stay here again. They do the Best Western name proud!"

"Staff was always very helpful. But room was short on some supplies. We enjoyed our stay but I wish the property owners would keep hallways and elevator vacuumed regularly. There seemed to be a lot of dust everywhere. Also, underground garage has a terrible strong smell that also spreads to the elevator. "
