“Had a booking and was supposed to arrive before midnight. However the road going west from Golden to Revelstoke was closed due to avalanche control. So, I had no choice but to stay in Golden overnight instead. Called next day explained the situation and they refused to not charge me for the night. It was clearly a case of unable to arrive at hotel. What sort of management decision to charge for an unexpected circumstance. I hope your hotel makes a good profit from an unethical business practice.……

“Very clean for a motel, staff very friendly too”

“The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options.”

“Said there was a kitchen we paid extra for one but no kitchen just mini fridge and microwave. Beds are comfy. Has a nice veiw the sliding doors to go out into the back area dont open. Its okay for one night but if i was spending time here for a few days i would go elsewhere.”

“设施大多都很老旧，尤其是床垫弹簧已经很软了，还有奇怪的味道。入住2小时傍晚时分整个小镇断电了，没有了暖气，只有两床薄毯，房间没有备用的，我们把两张毯子叠起来并盖上自己所有的保暖衣取暖，一直到深夜恢复供电，在此期间旅店工作人员什么都没做。另外灶台前的木地板很粘，应该是油垢”

“地點很滿意, 靠近碼頭, 也靠近野生鳥類的生態保育區, 附近環境很漂亮. 這是我們選擇入住這個飯店的主要原因. 除此之外, 飯店內部隔音不是很好, 早上六點多就被水管的聲音吵醒, 房間內部還可以, 但是沒有特別的驚喜”

“Good place to stay for a quick night sleep while driving through. Nothing fancy but a good night sleep. Pool area is outdated and could use some sprucing up ”
