Everything about this property was exceptional. Perfect location - very central but still quiet and peaceful. Delicious breakfast. Gorgeous room. The couple who run this b&b are so sweet and lovely. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely be back.

Great location near restaurants and waterfront, but yet quite with an inviting wrap around porch. On site parking was appreciated. Friendly host. You will experience the life in an old charming Victorian house.

This was the perfect bed and breakfast— clean, quaint, comfortable and just a block to Water Street where there are great restaurants, shopping and the Wharf. I would definitely stay at the Inn on Frederick if I get the chance to come back to precious Saint Andrews.

Charming B&B in a lovely town.

Seems to be a long-time B&B now being run by a young couple working very hard to update it. Service was excellent, room was clean, good mattress, large bathroom, and great location.

The Inn on Frederick was an awesome place to stay, a very interesting house in a perfect location for walking around town and getting the restaurants and sites along Water Street. Our hosts were welcoming and the breakfasts we had were really tasty. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

This was a lovely B and B! The host was kind and attentive at breakfast. This inn has been well maintained and our room was very comfortable. St Andrews is a charming little seaside town. We walked to a wonderful lobster dinner.

Very gracious hosts, wonderful breakfast, super clean room & wonderful location just 1 block away from the hustle & bustle of water street and the pier/bay. Despite being so close to Water St., our room was very quiet & we slept peacefully. Would stay again; highly recommend.
