Ideal in every way

Everything we needed was supplied. We cooked in several nughts and the kitchen was well stocked even with a new season salt we had not tried! The layout was perfect. Master suite spacious. We used the books, games, pool, shower, loved watching turtles, walked to restaurants, ice cream and do nuts. Its the best place weve stayed in 5 years

Friends trip in St. Augustine

We had a fantastic time in St Augustine! The condo was clean, the beds comfortable and the place had all the amenities that you need for a week on the beach. The location was the best, so many restaurants, and the beach were within walking distance, and the grocery stores were just a short drive away. When we did have any questions the host was quick to respond. Excellent vacation!

Perfect Stay

The property was more than promised. Decorated beautifully. Well equipped kitchen and immaculately clean. I can’t say enough good things about the property and rental agent. EndlessSummer Vacation Rentals went above and beyond several times for us. They even answered a question on Christmas! This place and property was top notch and well located. The beach is so close and lots if places to eat and explore close by. Stay here you won’t regret it!

Overall Great

Everything was as advertised. Only thing we could say is that we prefer soft beds and these were stiff. Made sleeping a challenge for us. A great solution would be to have a soft mattress topper available to place on the bed.

Fantastic Stay

Beautiful Condo in A Beautiful City, both full of charm! Cannot wait to stay here again! The Owners are well prepared with kitchen equipment all the way down to beach gear! Overall one of the best we've stayed in!

Met expectations

We really enjoyed our week stay at the property. Loved the proximity to the beach. The condo was very well kept. All furnishings were clean and in great shape. We loved the heated pool. Neighborhood was good. Beds were comfortable. I have to say out of all the vacations rentals we have stayed in (yearly Christmas trips) this one has outshined them all. We will definitely book again!

Great place!

This is a great place!! Well decorated and very well maintained. Lots of books and games. Everything you need in the kitchen. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants as already noted in previous reviews. Cafe 11 wasn’t mentioned and we discovered this gem last week of our stay. Check out their weekend breakfast buffet (delicious), Happy Hour and entertainment. Check out the entertainment prior to your arrival and get tickets. The screened porch is comfortable and cute. We spent a lot of time there. Walkway to pool right outside porch. Great location. The pool heater did go out the last week which evidently is fairly common according to the regulars. We stayed a month and we were very comfortable as it feels very homey! Loved it!

A Delightful Experience

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at St. Augustine Beach! The property was immaculate and well-maintained, providing all the comforts of home. The trip's highlight was undoubtedly the convenient beach access – just a stone's throw away from the rental. Our sons (13 and 16) stayed busy at the beach or a pool, but St. Augustine has much more to offer, including a charming atmosphere, history, family-friendly activities/attractions, and dining options. The communication with the property owner was seamless, and we felt relaxed and recharged. If there is anything we want to share, you would have to take extra care with your kids at the beach as the rip currents and waves can be strong (perfect for surfing). Also, remember that as we use our time to enjoy vacation, some people live there and work full time. Approach interactions with an open mind and respectful demeanor, especially regarding parking.

Perfect!

This little slice of heaven afforded all that St. Augustine does right! The place adequately slept 6+ and was much larger than I pictured. With a pool on grounds, ocean across the street and the many places close by to eat - this is a place I hope to come back to time and again!

Wonderful condo!

We had a great time here. The check in process was very easy, the location of the condo was perfect and it was very clean and well-stocked. It was a great place for our family to stay! We really loved the screened in porch and being able to walk out the back door and right to the pool. We will definitely be back!

Great location and property

Couldn’t have asked for a better location right across the street from the beach. Condo was super comfortable and clean. Exactly as pictured. Property manager was super responsive when we had problems with the key code checking in - it was after 8pm on Friday night and responded immediately. Quiet relaxing gated condo complex. Pool is small and there are clearly regular and residents that fill up the chairs every morning but knew that from other reviews so not a concern for us. Loved that there was a wagon and chairs for the beach. Thanks for a great vacay!

Great condo with a short walk to the beach

We had a great stay. Perks about the condo- ground level with only a few steps to the pool. The beach is about a 6 minute walk from your back door. Kitchen is well equipped. The condo has 4 beach chairs as well as an umbrella to use during your stay. Master bed/closet and bath are very spacious! The property is well maintained and it was nice being within walking distance to several restaurants and the pier. Cons- there is no shower/rinse off area clearly marked. We exited the back door for the beach every day and had to use the pool shower to rinse off before entering the condo. A local resident got upset and informed us that there was a hose at the front of the building. We had no idea. A small area would be great as you enter the complex. The pool is nice, but way too small for a complex this size. It was always pretty full and very loud. The shower in the master bath is super tiny, like cruise ship tiny. The tub is huge though, so that's a plus if your bathing small children. The pros definitely outweigh the cons and I highly recommend. Overall the place exceeded our expectations and we had an amazing trip. Communication with the property owners/management was fabulous. Saint Augustine is such a beautiful beach and we can't wait to come back.
