Nautical Smile - Newly Renovated Beach House One Short Block to Ocean!

Welcome to Nautical Smile!! Anchors aweigh towards a delightful vacation in this bright and cheery two bedroom beach house. Only one short block to the ocean! Within walking distance to the pier and an easy 10 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine!

Our beach house features two bedrooms and two full baths. A master with a Queen Size Bed and private Master Bathroom and a Guest Room with a twin bunk bed and full size convertible futon.

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, satellite cable TV, DVD and DVD library and free WIFI. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee makers. Flat Screen TV's in Living room and Master Bedroom.

Additional amenities include beachcomber bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon to tow your items to and from the beach. It also includes board games, puzzles and toys/games.

The exterior offers a brand new hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill. The yard is enclosed with an 8 foot fence ensuring privacy.

All Linens Provided.

Dogs are welcome.

Smoking is not permitted.

Maximum 6 people.

We welcome mini vacations as well as extended vacations.

Nice Getaway

This beach cottage was all we wanted and more. Nicely appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We love St. Augustine Beach, and hope to return in the future.

Nautical Smile

We loved staying at Nautical Smile! Within walking distance of several restaurants and such a short walk to the beach. We searched for a house that would be a good fit for our dogs as well, and this house has a great backyard space. We reached out mid stay to the hosts with two very minor things and they immediately messaged back, and came over to check on those two things same day. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Loved the Nautical Smile

The house and the location are perfect for anyone looking to combine a beach vacation with some sightseeing! Everything was as promised. Between booking and arrival a new patio/firepit area was added! This was a great addition to the property that makes the yard very usable and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to choose this house again!

An amazing and much needed week with family. Great location and walking distance to cafe eleven’s breakfast, Kookaburra’s coffee and dinner from burrito works! Also a short ride to downtown with numerous opportunities for amazing food and shopping.

Lovely, convenient, well equipped

The hosts did a great job of providing a comfortable, clean home in a great location with pretty much everything you might need. Hosts were very gracious and accommodating with quick replies to all questions put to them. We would most definitely stay there again without hesitation. Very easy to access entry and exit.

The house was absolutely perfect for our St Augustine beach getaway! The fully fenced yard and patio made evenings wonderful for us and our dog. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Several great ice cream places to walk to. Short drive to the visitors center in downtown St Augustine. This location is perfect and the house is wonderful.

Heaven at Nautical Smile

I need to apologize to the owner because I called to extend our stay as I thought it was going to rain throughput our stay - Nautical Smile was booked - but the weather cooperated and we had our very best visit to Florida. Nautical Smile is a JEWEL. Great location and everything you need to enjoy the cleanest beach I’ve ever visited. Great Dog friendly stay. We will be back for a longer stay!

Great when bringing a dog.

Cottage was very comfortable. There was a fenced in backyard for our dog. It was located in a quiet residential area, so we were able to safely walk with our dog. The cottage had everything we needed (dishes, towels, bikes) for our stay. Just a short walk to the beach.

Short stay made a lasting impression....

My wife and I brought our 2 dogs with us for a brief mid-week visit and thoroughly enjoyed our time! We found the property to be exactly as advertised and in wonderful condition. The fenced backyard was an awesome playground for our dogs to explore, and aspects of the property met (and in many cases, exceeded) our expectations. The owners reached out to us shortly after arrival to make sure everything went as expected, and we will be sure to check their availability for future stays in this area.

Great location

This house was a perfect location to walk to the beach and to restaurants/coffee! It had a great backyard for our dog. A few things can be improved. We had a crawling baby that revealed some less than clean floors, lots of dust, couple of broken drawers on dresser, wobbly toilet. Kitchen and bathroom had everything you need. It was a great place to sleep and have as a home base. They have everything you need for the beach! Thanks for letting us stay!

The property is just as described. Very close short walk to beautiful beach. The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. Very cute beachy decor. Owner was very responsive. Answered questions quickly. Check in was a breeze. Nice quiet safe neighborhood very close to many great restaurants. Publix close by. My husband and I and our 2 shih tzu enjoyed our time at this house and we hope to return.

Just what our family needed

So thankful to the Wilson’s for sharing their little slice of paradise with us. The extras such as beach chairs and a secluded outside space, made the trip simpler and homey. Our portion of the beach was our favorite - within easy walking distance to the SA pier, clean and not crowded. We never heard a peep from the surrounding homes. The Wi-Fi and tv’s worked perfectly and all of the beds and furniture were comfy and much appreciated after a day of surfing and sunburns. We loved our week in SA a million times over.

Nautical Smile Perfection

Nautical Smile definitely is the perfect beach house inside and out! Our Kelby girl loved the back yard! Decor was on point, had everything you needed, and the host was quick to respond to any and all questions! Location was excellent! One block to the beach, easy access, close to restaurants, and the best part was we were smashed between two Ice Cream shops!!! lol We will definitely stay here when we next visit St. Augustine! Great location across the street from the beach and in walking distance to many great restaurants! Shuttle into Old City and connection to Old Town Trolley tour located at the corner. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Great communication with the property owner. Overall a wonderful beach vacation!

Loved this cute beach house!

We spent a great Easter weekend at Nautical Smile and will definitely be staying here again! The house is just as advertised and was the perfect size for our family of four (Mom, Dad, and two late teens) plus our lab Blue. It was so nice to be able to bring the dog and have no size restrictions! The home is in the perfect location - just a very short walk to the beach and close to so many shops and restaurants. The only time we got in the car was to take a short drive to the historic district. Everything about this rental was easy and enjoyable!
