Enjoy this renovated 2 bedroom 2 baths 3rd floor Villa has a wonderful view of the ocean, a short walk to the beach, and relaxing Jacuzzi. You get the amenities of the resort, including pools, tennis courts, and fishing ponds. The private patio faces southeast for maximum sun exposure. The unit has updated furniture and appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. It has 3 TVs, including a 40”HD TV w/cable and DVD, free private wireless internet access, a queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fans and plenty of closet space. Master suite includes large king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and private full bathroom. The guest bedroom is complete with two comfortable twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, and dressers. The living area bedrooms are tiled. The Villa sleeps 6 comfortably. Third floor unit, no elevator.

We had absolutely everything we needed for our home base as we explored and dined in beautiful historic St. Augustine. The condo is just a short stroll to the direct beach access and we could even hear the waves crashing as we enjoyed the view from the balcony. We were also just feet from the smaller pool and just a little further to the large pool. Can’t beat the location of this condo! Would definitely recommend!

splendid reunion
The property was great except for the third floor location and the stairs. Some may not mind the climb but I am an 81 year old with some issues with my legs. After getting our things up and in the condo, we did pretty well. Our grandkids had a wonderful time.

Everything was just as advertised. The beach was spectacular for walks in the morning and the pool for relaxing in the afternoon. We walked to nearby places and Old Town was a short drive away. There weren't any children in our group but it would be great for kids too!

This is a wonderful condo. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach. The pools are even closer. It is a short drive to all the restaurants. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away. It is a 15 minute drive to St Augustine. The condo complex is beautiful, well maintained, and full of activities. The condo is really nice. It was quiet and clean. It had everything we needed. The owners are easy to work with. We really liked the electronic lock. No one wants to deal with keys. We would definitely stay here again.

What a perfect place! It had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable week at the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. The condo was very clean. Easy walk to the beach. It was on the 3rd floor and we didn’t see an elevator but was not a problem for us but could be for someone. Jacuzzi, 2 pools , right on the beach - fun in the sun! Mario was great. Definitely recommend

We stayed for about a week to enjoy the beach and St. Augustine area. The condo is right next to the pool and one building from the beach boardwalk. The kitchen and bathrooms look brand new. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our week without a single issue. Highly recommend. We would rent again.

Such a pleasant place to stay. Very clean with nice updates. Loved how comfortable the king bed was and how quiet the building was. We have stayed on this same property in the past, but this condo was by far the most well kept. The living area was comfortable, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed for the week. We loved that the owner also supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash, this was a nice touch! There was also 2 chairs and boogie boards for our use. I will definitely keep this condo in mind when I book again. There was food within I. Walking distance as well as lots within a short driving distance.
