"A wonderful home from home with all that you could need for a relaxing break. We stayed for my son’s 21st and we enjoyed cooking a lovely meal, using the hot tub and exploring the area. We also liked having the friendly horses in the paddock. It was great for our dogs as well and they stayed in the out house. We visited the Glenturret distillery, House of Bruar and ate at the Smiddy Haugh and Gleneagles which are all to be recommended. Thanks to Jamie and Johnny for making our stay so memorable. :)"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Thimblewynd from Aug 09 - 24 and would recommend cottage to others. Cottage was ideally suited for two of us. Loved the character of the house combined with the modern amenities i.e. updated upstairs bathroom. We loved the location in Dunning with a short walk to local Nisa store that had a great selection of items, and the lovely Kirkstyle pub just down the road. Can recommend too the cafe at Broadslap just as you come into Dunning. We found the cottage to be comfortable and street parking wasn't a problem. We liked having access to enclosed back garden.We found laundry facilities in Perth. Dunning location allowed us easy access to the motorway for our touring around Perthshire. Maggie was easy to communicate with and readily offered help for anything we may have needed. This cottage was a great find for us!"
