A golf cart is available to rent separately, is exclusively for our guests, and is about half the cost that carts rent for on the Island. We boast a spacious and comfortable living space, outdoor dining patio, two heated pools, a duck pond with fountain! Conveniently located within walking distance to St. Simons Island beaches and Pier Village, where visitors and locals alike enjoy SSI's best restaurants and shops! An golf cart is available, exclusively for our guests to rent and is about half the cost of cart rentals on the Island. We had such a great time at the Marsh Mellow townhouse! The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was beautifully updated and perfect for our group. The layout worked really well—plenty of room to relax, comfy beds, and having 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath was a huge bonus. We loved the easy access to the beach and Pier Village, and having access to two pools was the cherry on top. The location couldn’t be better, and the golf cart was such a fun way to get around. The neighborhood had two pools, was a close drive/longer walk to town and the best playground. We were also a super quick drive to the beach and up the island where grocery stores and restaurants are located. They provided all the kitchen and bathroom necessities we needed and even had a smart tv so we could watch our kids' shows!
