Even with it being the 4th of July week, it was not crazy crowded in either pool or the parking lot. The condo seems recently updated and clean. The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was beautifully updated and perfect for our group. The layout worked really well—plenty of room to relax, comfy beds, and having 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath was a huge bonus. We loved the easy access to the beach and Pier Village, and having access to two pools was the cherry on top. The location couldn’t be better, and the golf cart was such a fun way to get around. This townhouse was the perfect spot to stay in St. Simons. The neighborhood had two pools, was a close drive/longer walk to town and the best playground. We were also a super quick drive to the beach and up the island where grocery stores and restaurants are located. They provided all the kitchen and bathroom necessities we needed and even had a smart tv so we could watch our kids' shows!
