5/5 Excellent
"The Myah Suites was a breath of fresh air compared to other hotels in the Villa area that I have stayed in the past. Both convenient to the Airport and to town it is a rare gem. The staff wonderful and attentive in all aspects. A daily phone call from the front desk to ask how I was enjoying my stay is a prime example. As I arrived Ms. Anbernique, greeted me with smiles and anticipation. She cheerfully explained about all aspects of the property, my room, the hotel amenities and said if I needed anything to contact the front desk. A staff member quickly ushered me and my bags to my room and a welcome drink shortly followed. The room was modern, clean and spacious with a rainfall shower, separate toilet, a full kitchenette and full refrigerator, robe and slippers, ample storage and flat screen TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix , etc.
One thing I will say is that the bed was a bit hard as I noticed after the first night. I did mention this to the front desk and was told other guests had also made the same observation, so I’m glad it was not just me. Housekeeping came with topper with lessened the hardness to some extent but not completely.
Overall, a great experience but some suggestions for the management:
1. Upgrade the quality of mattresses. In spite of a great hotel. food and staff, a good night’s sleep is paramount for any guest.
2. To add to the luxury concept- magnifying mirror, for makeup application and a pen/pad would be a welcomed addition
3. For safety- As those who are"
