“We stayed here while we were moving our UK college student out of her dorm for the school year. This is actually our second stay at this property. We enjoy staying here because the owner is easy to communicate with, the property is clean, and the surrounding area is peaceful and relaxing. The property is accurately represented in the photos. It is a working horse farm so there is some activity on the farm but it did not detract from our stay. We will be back in the fall.”

“We had a relaxing stay here when visiting the beautiful Georgetown/Lexington area this weekend. The location was perfect for our needs and easy to find. Everything was as described -- clean, cozy, comfortable, and filled with all the necessities (and a few extras, as well). We appreciated all the special, welcoming touches that allowed us to feel like we could make a "home away from home" without being in the way. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!”

“We traveled from 3 different states to attend our daughter's doctorate degree graduation from the University of KY. The house and the property were incredible! The house was spacious and comfortable- the sunroom was our go-to place for coffee every morning, as we watched the mares and foals in the pastures. The property is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The property owner was very responsive. Everything was just perfect!”

“This place is amazing! The barn is beautiful, you walk in and you can’t believe you’re in a barn. It has everything you could need and it was spotless. Gwen is an amazing host and offered to help with recommendations for the area. The only bad thing was that we only stayed two days. Would love to come back if we’re ever traveling to Kentucky again.”
