“It was amazing to be able.to basically walk out from the hotel and hike. I was surprised there was no air conditioning and it was hot at least 80°. The bar was closed on Friday & Saturday night. There was a note posted on the door it didnt say why just closed. The hotel is old and showing considerable wear. Our room had a huge stain in the carpet. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and rattled you could not use it. The water was hard to adjust in the shower and had very low……

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything you need. I felt safe and completely at home during my entire stay. I highly recommend this property 100%. “If you’re looking for a rustic camping experience, and this is your place. Quiet and serene with multiple wildlife meandering through the property, well maintain trails leading to forest and creeks, and a fast sky with plenty of stars. Josh handy is a great host who communicates well and is responsive to the needs of his guests. Altogether lovely I would definitely do it again. ”

“The cabin was great. Had a wonderful time. Beautiful and quiet area. Pretty secluded. Had most everything we needed for our stay. Didn’t know if shampoo and shower soap was included but there was none. So bring your own. Would be great to have a lamp for bedroom and living area but that’s just a want. Lol. Would definitely stay again. Super cute place. ”
