“Franklin Ridge Farms is a wonderful place to stay! The home and property are beautiful! The home is tastefully decorated and so accommodating! There really wasn't anything left to question. Amanda and Bill are quick to respond if there is an issue (which there were none). We all slept comfortably in our own rooms and also enjoyed the amenities on the property. We also got to visit with some of the animals! Overall a very lovely stay and we would highly recommend to other travelers!”

“This property has livestock guardian dogs to guard the goats and other livestock on the farm. They barked from dusk until 1 o'clock am when we packed and left the property. The dogs were right behind the house....no chance of sleep.After we notified the owner we left, for the above reason, she apologized and told us that was not the experience she wanted for her guests and we would receive a full refund. Weeks later we had not received a refund. After inquiring about the delay with the owner we……
