"The room was very nice, roomy and well-appointed. Breakfast had an assortment of hot & cold selections, nice airy open area with plenty of tables. Timing was such that the property is in mid-renovation, but they are working around it very well; once completed this could easily make 4 star with solid grounding for 5 stars."

"Friendly staff and main part of hotel appeared cleaner than the room. The room we stayed in needed a serious deep clean. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and smelly feet. We opened the window but there were no screens. The carpet was very stained and likley the cause of the smell. It needs to be shampooed or replaced. I kept my socks on to walk around the room. The sheets were clean but the bedspreads were both stained with what looked like oil. Huge cobweb on the ceiling/wall that's been there a while. We were looking forward to using the pool but it was closed with caution tape. We wanted snacks from vending machine but it was completely empty except for 1 bag of chips. No thanks."

"Perfectly cozy cabin with beautiful views! It was the perfect base camp for exploring, it had everything we needed. The couch and bed were very comfortable, perfect for curling up after a long day of hiking. The cabin was clean and well organized. We're already planning a return trip in warmer weather!"
