“This hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were immaculate and we appreciated the modern technology. I don’t know what coffee you use, but it’s delicious!! Don’t change it! I want to give a special shout out to Lindsey. She’s a gem! We flew in from Chicago for one night to attend a young boy’s funeral so our trip was not for pleasure. I had called the hotel after we landed in Jacksonville to see if we could check in early to change for the funeral and she was so nice to me. She was happy to……

“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning.……

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“Para nosotros cumplió el objetivo como hotel de paso en nuestro viaje desde Sarasota a Atlanta, nos permitió dormir y descansar. Es un hotel limpio, bien ubicado y agradable, básico. Nos hubiera encantado que tuviera desayuno para iniciar el día, o almenos café de cortesía; aunque la recepcionista nos ofreció un exquisito café de pago, no tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de el. Gracias.”
