Very cute and comfortable property. The outside space was relaxing and inside felt like home. The husband and wife team were accommodating and personable. They also whipped up exceptional coffee and breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

The property was clean and well presented. The room and bathroom were large. Breakfast was delicious and Jodi was kind enough to meet my dietary restrictions and varying breakfast times. The setting for the farmhouse was beautiful with wooded walkways down to a stream and plenty of wildlife. I will definitely consider this property highly if I return to the area, either on business or with family.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Ther is a beautiful river right in the back yard. The host Jodie was very delightful and a great cook. We definitely will be returning.

A Bed and Breakfast. Excellent hosts, very good breakfast--fresh fruit yogurt, eggs benedict, fresh juice. Quiet area, large room, comfortable bed. Recomend.

My stay at the Appletree Bed and Breakfast was amazing. While I did not get to enjoy their made to order breakfast as I was out of the B&B too early every morning the rest was great. Communication was prompt, room was clean and well stocked and the bed was so comfy.

The home is beautifully restored with modern touches, yet remains true to it's roots. The property has a short path to a river with benches to relax. Robin, the host was very personable and served a lovely breakfast. The other touches that were unique was an ice machine, refrigerator, water, soda and a Keurig machine available for use in the common area. And Cookies! This was the perfect place to relax and unwind!

Charming Inn with great service

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary trip to Waupaca. The Inn was charming. Short walk to peaceful setting by the Crystal River. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had a restful sleep. In the morning our breakfast was hearty and delicious. The Inn Keeper was very nice and gave great suggestions on where to catch dinner and things to check out in town. Definitely recommend staying here if in the area. The Inn is a short distance from town so very convenient.

Back for second!

Definitely will return for a spring stay! Hostess was very kind and the house was very nicely decorated for the holidays. Breakfast was amazing! Saw a deer run stroll through the yard. Great amenities.

WOW!! What a delightful B&B!! This 1800's Victorian home was beautiful! Each bedroom had it's own private bathroom The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings in the room were so tasteful! Kerri, the owner, is friendly, outgoing and accommodating! Breakfast was delicious and homemade! It truly was a wonderful stay!!
