“Our stay was two nights. I wish it could've been two months! Such a gorgeous view of the falls and canyon below. Adding to the tranquility was the sound of the rushing water. Usually up-and-at'em, we found ourselves lazily spending the morning reading on the porch. Evenings on the screened porch were lovely. The screen enclosure extended to the bottom of the porch, below the floorboards, to keep sneaky skeeters and other insects that would typically try to find their way in towards the lights……

“The house was comfortable and quiet. Pretty much everything we needed was supplied. As nice as the house was my favorite part was the porch. There is nothing more calming to me than to sit in a rocking chair and watch the sunset. ”

We did a bit of hiking in and around DeSoto Falls and visited a few places in Mentone and Ft Payne! Tony the owner was great We will visit again! ”

“Quaint, secluded cottage with all amenities! Great outdoor atmosphere to hang out and relax. Beautiful and accommodating inside! Would highly recommend! ”

“Beautifully decorated and maintained cabin and property! Super clean, amazing views! Music was playing when we arrived on the property and the cabin was so charming and welcoming. We were also given a great welcome gift basket with snacks and local homemade soap! The property was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. Great communication from the property management company. Would highly recommend definitely book again. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Garden Cottage. It certainly lives up to its name! We loved walking the property and seeing the beautiful plants and a little wildlife. The location is excellent because it is close to town, Brow Park (gorgeous sunsets!!), and DeSoto Park. The cottage itself is adorable and the perfect size. The kitchen was a dream come true and I enjoyed baking in the double ovens.. the living room is comfortable, the bathroom was plenty big, and the beds were very comfy. We hope……
