“Firstly, I'm not first time stay in this hotel, however this time they give me unforgettable memories. Please provide more customer service training for the staff, the front desk staff look like unhappy all the time, please smile for the guest”

“Very friendly staff but the pillow is too big and is not suitable for the Asian people.”

“room is clean and tidy. breakfast is good. but the location is far from main train staion if you take public transportation. From the main train station. you need to take no 9 tram 15 min and then take no 269 bus ,( 25 mins ) and 10 mins waliking to hotel. So it is best to take a taxi ( provided by hotel ) to there around 15-20 mins.”

“The hotel is not within walking distance of the airport, but it offers a shuttle service in the early morning at a price comparable to Uber. There is no kettle provided in the room. While I could get hot water from the restaurant during operating hours, it was inconvenient for me, especially since I was unwell and needed hot drinks in the middle of the night.”
