“The house was super cute and very clean. The only thing that was in the description that wasn't in the house was the multi-game table in the arcade room. Just figured it may have gotten broken or something. The card games and boxed games made for a fun night. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but everything else in the house was great. ”

“A small condo/townhouse in a quiet neighborhood next to a pond and trees in backyard. Has a 2 car garage, hot tub in the garage and 2 bedroom/2 bath. Very close to Ball State and other conveniences. ”

“We had a great visit here. It is so spacious and so very well supplied for comfort and ease. Mid century modern decorations were amazing and fun to live with, especially for us senior citizens, since we grew up in that era! The location is so convenient to Ball State and fast to any other locations. ”
