"Totally embarrassing check in I announced I was drunk I had a reservation and needed to use the bathroom. The front desk agent was quick to point the way and when I got back CLEARLY told me the $50 deposit policy and asked me for my ID and already had my Folio printed and keys made. This woman was a professional she was sweet and made me feel welcome. Thank you ma’am for how sweet you were even though I was trashed. "

"Stopped in last minute just to sleep during a road trip. Price was better than others nearby considering there’s a free breakfast. Breakfast was really good with lots of options! Room was clean and comfy. "

"Magnificent property. Clean and pet friendly. Plenty of room for the 10 of us that stayed there. Host responded quickly when we reached out about check-in and check out procedure. We were in town for a wedding so we were busy all week and didnt get to emjoy the property as much as we would have liked but are already talking about coming back down for a family vacation and staying again"

"We had a wonderful stay. Sherri and David were kind and welcoming. The room was clean and had welcoming touches that we appreciated. The breakfast was delicious. The hot tub was super clean and well maintained. We were so happy to find such an amazing place that was able to accommodate our dogs as well. My daughters loved the chickens and the turkey. We plan to stay again when we are in the area."

"Hands down the best host I’ve ever met! She was beyond accommodating to our late check in and early checkout. She sent a video of where to go so I could easily find my way in the dark, which ended up being super helpful! I was pulling a horse trailer and had I not had that video, the GPS would’ve sent me the wrong way. I can get in and out of some tight places but when it’s dark and you don’t know the lay of the land, that isn’t quite so easy. Plenty of parking for the truck and trailer! I never had to wait for a response, communication was perfect! The room was adorable and clean enough to eat off the floor, which is saying something because I’m extremely critical of cleanliness! When we left the next morning, a turkey named Chocolate and her chicken companions greeted us! I loved them! I wish we could’ve stayed longer, it was such a lovely and quiet place. The host was fantastic, she set the bar incredibly high and now I think I’ll end up being disappointed with every other VRBO or B&B. Thanks for the great stay!! "
