"We thoroughly enjoyed this property! We booked it during the off season in November and thanks to the weather cooperating, we were able to get the pool heated and it was heavenly (a highlight of our stay). The property is located nearly all the way down on the West side. It had great views of both the sunrise and sunset. Spacious porches with comfy rocking chairs. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was meticulously organized and had everything we needed. The host was very easy to communicate with and was very kind. Overall - an amazing visit and great host. It’s hard not to be happy at Holden Beach :) "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The beach views are amazing, and we were impressed by how spotless everything was. We’re very picky about cleanliness, and this house was exceptionally clean — every surface and piece of furniture looked like it belonged in a model home. Grocery stores and restaurants are just minutes away, and the beach was peaceful and uncrowded during our visit. We’ll definitely be back! This host clearly knows how to create a clean, welcoming getaway."

"This was our first visit to Holden Beach and we enjoyed everything about our stay. We loved the convenient boardwalk to the beach, to get out to watch the birds and look for shells. We especially appreciated the privacy and quiet provided by the expansive property. The Babington House is a beautiful home with everything we needed. It was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. The upstairs porch offers sweeping views of the dunes and ocean for sunrises and sunsets and quiet moments in between. From the beginning of our planning until the end of our visit, Robert was responsive to all our questions and pleasant in all communications. We highly recommend the Babington House at Holden Beach for a memorable vacation."

"Love the rockers on the front porch, comfortable beds and seating. The only negative (out of the owner's control) is that a neighbor diagonally from the back of the property hosted a loud party one night, which has not been an issue in past years at this location, but could be drowned out by the tv. "

"Beautiful home, great location! Don’t lock yourself out by entering the wrong code haha! Thankfully it reset after a while because we couldn’t reach anyone for help. We found everything great except listing said hair dryer provided so we didn’t pack one, & there was none to be found anywhere. The owner was kind enough to bring us beach towels to use which was so helpful as we were flying. It’s one row back from the beach with only a short walk. Well stocked with dishes, puzzles and games. We loved the decks to sit outside too. We found it clean and loved that linens were included. I highly recommend this property! "
