It was so good. Best reception staff, best in class amenities in each chalets, tents, parkings near to each stay, clean and beautiful ambience, rooms, clean bed sheets, pillows, outside fire pit, grill, cooking place, dish washer and all crockeries. Pool place also neat and good, restaurant looks great in its class. Good and tasty food. Totally vibrant. 👍we all enjoyed and defenitly will visit again.

We booked the zen rate for our stay, which included linens. We were disappointed to find that the stuffing from duvet was significantly clumped and that the dish soap and shampoos offered were empty (had been filled with water from previous guest). It was quite damp and humid when we arrived and the info booklet suggested using the provided space heater to remove the humidity, however one was not provided. A wood stove is available, however wood is only available for purchase at the front desk. Additionally, upon accessing our tent the access code provided was incorrect. While we enjoyed our stay, and have returned to this location for four summers, we have found that for the annual increase in price the quality of service/accommodation has declined. Great place for families, however! Beautiful location!

Hutoppia has so many things for the whole family From the River at the back of the property to the amenities at the check in location The Bathrooms were clean even on a Saturday evening when the place is packed

Floor boards were rotted in our tent and our foot went through multiple times, took complaining to reception twice over two days in order to get a plywood board shoved under the tent. Another board broke regardless. Bonaventure tents are barely maintained. Trails are loose shale so wear sturdy shoes. Shower and toilet area for Bonaventure tents are a bit of a walk, full of webs, and tiny so plan accordingly. We bought wood for a fire for a reasonable price but what they don't tell you is they'll charge you 4$ for the firestarter and matches they'll leave on your picnic table unprompted and not tell you there's a charge until check out. Not worth 430$ ,unsafe. Maybe the cabins are better but don't bother with the tents.

Nous avons réservé le chalet pour la famille. Arrivées après 17hr: 1er incident les vaisselles sales étaient dans la machine. Et le peu de vaisselles placées étaient sales. Aucun contrôle du nettoyage. Au réveil de la 1ere nuit, 2eme incident: le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas et malgré une sois disant promesse de la fille de l’accueil rien ne nous a été déposé en remplacement. 3eme incident: 2nuits de réservées pour 5 personnes, un rouleau de PH remis uniquement. Gestion trop radine. Enfin à notre départ, bien plus tôt que l’heure prévue, vers 9hr du matin une femme de huttopia nous remet un bac à linges propres et les consommables pour que nous nous les placons dans le chalet à notre départ. Tout est trop calculé pour le moindre dépense, aucun plaisir d’être clients chez ce genre de prestataire. Les ordures on te demande de les trier mais au final c’est dans un bac général sans tri que tu dois les déposer à la fin de ton séjour. Celui de Sutton en tout cas je ne recommande du tout pas. Séjour banal.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience à Huttopia. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. Nous avions héberger dans un tente Bonaventure. Tout y était au niveau matériel et wow pour la propreté! Un coup de coeur et nous allons assurément retourner y séjourner!
